We invite you to join us on Sundays to tour the Mansion and enjoy our
fabulous sit-down champagne brunch. Brunch is served from 10:30 to 2:00,
and reservations are recommended.
All entrees include freshly baked breads, fresh fruit compote, and
seasoned vegetables.
Italian Toast
Thick slices of sourdough French bread dipped in a batter of sour cream,
Amaretto liqueur, and eggs, covered in a special sweet butter with toasted
almonds and whipped cream.
Filet Benedict
Medallions of Canadian bacon, grilled tomatoes, and fresh avocado, topped
with poached eggs and covered with a rich orange hollandaise sauce.
Chicken Crepe a la Maison
A light fluffy crepe filled with diced pieces of chicken, sautéed
with green onions and mushrooms, then topped with a shitake sauce Bonne
Femme.
Seabass Filet
Fresh seabass encrusted in a macadamia bread crumb seasoning topped
with a coconut cream sauce, served with buttered mashed potatoes.
Quiche du Jour
Farm-fresh eggs delicately mixed with vegetables, meats, and spices,
then baked to perfection in its own crust. Please ask your waiter for
Quiche of the Day.
