Thank you for considering the Grand Island Mansion for your special event. The Mansion is a full service facility. Our executive chef and on-premise fully-equipped kitchen guarantee freshly prepared entrees for each special event.

In addition to rental fees, all events must choose a meal and beverage plan. Rental fees include facility use of first and second level for five hours, special event site and chair setup, linens, china, glassware, silverware, table-setting, and complete serving staff.

Rental fees range from $500 to $3000.

The Grand Island Mansion is available for special events during the following times:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Evenings
6 P.M. - 11 P.M.

Saturday and Sunday Afternoons
11 A.M. - 4 P.M.

Monday through Friday Afternoon
