Breakfast
Continental Breakfast
Assorted Danish pastries, croissants, bagels and muffins, jams,
cream cheese, and butter. Fresh fruit display, coffee, and
juice.
Hot Continental Breakfast
Includes the Continental Breakfast above, plus eggs, country
sausage, bacon, and home style potatoes.

Assorted fresh fruits, coffee, soda, or juice with either
granola bars or cookies.

Coffee, iced tea, and water station all day, includes soda

Lunch Entrees

Fettucine Alfredo
Semolina pasta in classic rich Alfredo sauce.
Mediterranean penne pasta with grilled eggplant, red peppers,
capers, artichoke hearts, nicoise olives, and tomatoes.
Grilled chicken breast with an herb buerre blanc.
Roast pork lion, sun-dried tomatoes in Marsala wine.
Sautéed salmon filet with a mango-lime butter.

Spinach salad with grilled lamb, sun-dried tomatoes, feta
cheese, and lemon-oregano vinaigrette.
Grilled chicken Caesar salad with shaved sharp Italian
cheese, house-prepared croutons, and lemony California Caesar
