Your guests may choose from the following entrees. All entrees include
freshly baked breads, fresh fruit compote, and seasonal vegetables.
Regular and decaffeinated Colombian coffee, tea, milk, and fresh orange
juice are served throughout meal. Champagne is served the first two
hours of the event.
Italian Toast
Thick slices of sourdough French bread dipped in a batter of sour
cream, Amaretto liqueur, and eggs, covered in a special sweet butter
with toasted almonds and whipped cream.
Chicken Crepe a la Maison
A light fluffy crepe filled with diced pieces of chicken, sautéed
with green onions and mushrooms, then topped with a shitake sauce
Bonne Femme.
Quiche du Jour
Farm fresh eggs delicately mixed with vegetables, meats, and spices,
and then baked to perfection in its own crust.
